Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at hekaipan52@gmail.com. Returns must be approved before items are sent back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used health supplements, personal care products, and items with broken seals cannot be returned.
We also cannot accept returns for sale items, gift cards, or products that are not in their original condition.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have after your return is approved, and then place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
